FILL OUT THE REGISTRATION FORM BY VISITING THE LINK IN THE QR CODE ABOVE TO SIGN UP FOR MALVERN VOLLEYBALL'S YOUTH LEAGUE FOR GIRLS IN GRADES 4-6. THIS LEAGUE WILL CONSIST OF 6 WEEKS OF PRACTICE BEFORE GAMES START, THEN 6 WEEKS OF GAMES WITH CARROLLTON AND MINERVA. A SCHEDULE WILL BE SENT OUT FOR PRACTICES AND ALL GAMES WILL BE HELD ON SUNDAY AFTERNOONS. THE COST IS $50 DUE BY THE FIRST PRACTICE.
