Malvern High School will celebrate Homecoming on Friday, September 27th. The Malvern Hornets will face the Strasburg Tigers, with kickoff at 7:00 PM.
On Saturday, September 28th, Malvern High School students will enjoy a Homecoming Dance starting at 7:00 PM. This year’s theme is Disco Fever. Congratulations to the 2024 Malvern High School Fall Homecoming Court!
The freshmen homecoming attendants for the 2024 fall homecoming are Ella Debo, escorted by Cooper Dorr.
Ella Debo is the daughter of Jayme and Chris Debo. She is a member of the volleyball, basketball, and track teams. In her spare time, Ella enjoys hanging out with friends and family, baking with her mom, and playing with her dogs.
Cooper is the son of Ashley and Justin Dorr. Cooper is a cross country, basketball, and track team member. Cooper enjoys hunting, fishing, and hanging out with family and friends in his spare time.
The sophomore homecoming attendant for the 2024 fall homecoming is Whitney Smith, escorted by Delonte Simmons.
Whitney is the daughter of Kathy and Mike Earl. Whitney is a varsity volleyball, basketball, and cheerleading team member. She is also a member of the student council, HER club, video communications class, and Big Brother Big Sisters. In her free time, Whitney enjoys hanging out with friends, playing with her dog, going on the boat, reading, shopping, and playing club volleyball. Whitney Smith.
Delonte is the son of Chariese Simmons and Donte Massey. Delonte is a member of the basketball and track teams. He also participates in Big Brothers Big Sisters. Delonte enjoys hanging out with friends in his spare time, playing 2K, and basketball training. Delonte Simmons.
The junior homecoming attendant for the 2024 fall homecoming is Addison Mitchell, escorted by Josh Untch.
Addison is the daughter of Jennifer and Sonny Mitchell. She is a member of the varsity volleyball, basketball, and cheerleading teams, as well as the student council, HER club, and National Honor Society. Addison enjoys hanging out with friends and family in her spare time, getting Starbucks, shopping, and watching movies. Addison Mitchell.
Josh is the son of Joy and Mike Untch. Josh is a member of the varsity football and basketball teams. He is also a Malvern Youth Flag Football coach and a Big Brother Big Sister Mentor. Outside of school, Josh is a member of the First Christian Church of Malvern and a Youth Football volunteer at the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Josh enjoys fishing, golf, playing Xbox, and hanging out with his friends and girlfriend in his free time. Josh Untch.
The senior homecoming attendant for the 2024 fall homecoming is Leah Irvine, escorted by Tyson Clear.
Leah Irvine is the daughter of Melanie Kidder, Kevin Irvine, and Rusty Brown. She is a member of the varsity cross country, track, and cheerleading teams. She is also a member of the student council, foreign culture club, HER club, and National Honors Society. In her spare time, Leah enjoys hanging with friends, running, and going to Dunkin. After high school, Leah plans to attend college and major in business.
Tyson is the son of Lora and Daniel Clear. He is a member of the National Honor Society and the varsity wrestling team, where he is a two-time state placer, placing 4th both times at the state championships. In his spare time, Tyson enjoys walking his dog, Max, reading books, and officiating youth wrestling. After high school, Tyson plans to wrestle in college and study education. Tyson Clear.

Michaela Shannon is the daughter of Josh and Lauren Shannon. Michaela is a member of the Malvern Show Choir, theater program, and peer partners. Outside of school, Michaela participates in Carroll County Special Olympics Cheerleading and is a proud Ravenna Girl Scout, a member of Troop 90007. In her spare time, Michaela enjoys reading, singing, and dancing. After high school, Michaela will continue being fabulous.
Evan Debo is the son of Chris and Jayme Debo. He is a member of the varsity basketball and track teams. Evan enjoys hanging out with friends and family in his spare time, working, and playing video games. After high school, Evan plans to attend college, earn a bachelor’s degree in Finance, and become a financial advisor.
