Brown Local Will Host Sports Physicals Clinic May 17

In partnership with Aultman Orrville Carrollton Health Center, Brown Local Schools will hold a Sports Physical Clinic for the 2024-2025 School Year.

When: Date: Friday, May 17th, 2024

Time: 7:30am- 10:00am

For

whom: all athletes who need physicals entering grades 6th-12th next school year.

Cost: $35 due day of clinic (cash or check made out to Aultman Orrville Carrollton Health Center)

Forms: The Forms must be completed and turned in at the Malvern School Clinic by May 10th. Form packets can be picked up in the Middle School/High School Office.
