Zach Babiczuk
Zach is escorted onto the mat this evening by his parents, Tim and Courtney Babiczuk. Zach will be a 4 year letter winner in Wrestling, where he was a state qualifier a year ago, and he earned 4 letters in football, where he was just named to the All-Ohio 3rd Team. Zach was named Academic All-Ohio in Wrestling last year and again in Football in the Fall. He is a member of the National Honor Society, Peer Partners, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. Zach plans on attending West Liberty University to become a Secondary Education Teacher and plans on continuing his wrestling career.
Jordan Burrows
Jordan is escorted this evening by his parents, Jamie and Krystal Burrows. Jordan will be a 4 year letter winner in wrestling this winter, where he was a District Qualifier a year ago and finished 3rd in the IVC Tournament. Jordan also has one of the quickest pins in school history with a .07 pin last season. He attends RG Drage Career Center and is in the Welding program. Jordan plans to continue to work for J-Com Tower Services after graduation.
Philip Elfaye
Phillip is is with his mother, Debbie Gross, and father, Nicholas Elfaye. Philip will letter for the 1st time in Wrestling. He has also participated in Band and Baseball over his high school career. Philip also attends RG Drage Career Center in Massillon for Welding. After graduation from Malvern High School in the spring, he plans to seek employment.
Dante Passio
Dante is escorted onto the mat by his mother, Liz Passio, and sister Jessika Lynn. He will earn his 2nd letter in Wrestling this winter and lettered 3 times in football, where he was a 2nd Team IVC selection. Dante also lettered 1 year in track and field. He is in the Welding program at RG Drage Career Center. After graduation, Dante plans to seek employment.
TJ Proctor
TJ is with his aunt and uncle, Nikki and Mike Slider. TJ will letter for the 2nd time in wrestling, where he was a district qualifier as a freshman along with finishing in 3rd place at the IVC Tournament that season. TJ also participated in Track during his time at Malvern. He attends Utica Shale in Salineville and is in the vocational program. TJ hopes to enter the workforce after graduation.
Matt Pucci
Matt is escorted this evening by his aunt, Alexandra Pucci. Matt will be a 4 year letter winner in Wrestling this winter, where he was a district qualifier during his sophomore season. Matt is in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning program at the RG Drage Career Center. He plans to seek employment after graduation from Malvern High School.
